About Mary Catherine

Hey, I bet you want to know a little bit about me before you work with me! I love the outdoors (plenty of that here in Hot Springs!) so I offer outdoor coaching sessions, as well as sessions in the office. Of course, the nation-wide online option is always there.

Doing anything with family, watching wildlife, reading, visiting coffee shops, and going on adventures with friends are some of my top favorite activities. Little fun things can get me really excited!

I feel blessed when I know that people are becoming more peaceful, motivated, and happy as they learn how to get a handle on screen use with me by their side. I have been told I am a friendly and calming person.
